Tour Highlights

  • Picking Berries along marshes and what newfies refer to as cutovers. Rasberries and Bake Apples are plentiful in these landscapes.

Tour Itinerary

  • We begin our tour in the town of Sally’s Cove which is located in the middle of Gros Morne National Park.
  • After a meet and greet with your guide we start with a short 20Minute hike to a beautiful marsh that has numerous Bake Apples every year.
  • We spend awhile gathering berries and edible plants and then return.
  • Upon our return we begin the process of showing you how to make your own jams and spreads. Also stop into our organic farm to pick some local produce for dinner.
  • In the evening we have a evening dinner over looking the ocean in a traditional house located next to the ocean.
