Gros Morne Mountain
Gros Morne Mountain is the highest peak in the park and is the second largest mountain in Newfoundland. The hike will take you to the top of Gros Morne to view some of the most beautiful landlocked fjords in the world. Gros Morne from the top has a panoramic view of the park to the highlands to the lowlands and is a great spot to spot wildlife.

Tour Itinerary
- We begin our tour at 9:00am at the parking lot of Gros Morne Mountain.
- After our meet and greet with your guide and other travellers, we start with a brief orientation of the adventure and then begin with a gentle climb to the base of the mountain.
- Once at the base, Bonne Bay comes into view and the surrounding fjords.
- Begin the climb up the steep rocky valley to the summit.
- From here you will be able to view panoramic views of Gros Morne National Park, and keep your eyes open, this is home to the Woodland Caribou and the Arctic Hare.
- Eat Lunch at the summit and begin our journey around a loop, back down the mountain.
