Today is set aside for an arrival day for our guest. In the evening we will have an orientation and meet and greet of guest and guides.

Day Highlights
We begin our morning around 8:00am with a delicious breakfast of lots of local jams and produce. After Breakfast travel we begin our journey of the 400+ km journey ahead. The entrance of the park has a few hills and we will travel 80km today, which makes it as one of our more strenuous days. Once in Sally’s Cove we will call this home for the next two nights. Sally’s Cove has a population of 23 people and is located next to the ocean with a scenic back drop of the long range mountains behind us.

Today we have a choice of a combination of activities. That you choose to do, everything from Sea Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Hiking and or Boat Tour of a 16km Fjord.

We begin our journey again north this morning taking in some breath taking scenery combined with numerous wildlife sightings. Oh and did we mention you will be biking a coastline the whole way. Whales and Icebergs are frequently seen.

Today we again travel north on the Viking Trail. Winding roads and prevailing south westerly winds makes this area a heaven for bikers. Today we will bike again along the ocean watching for whales and icebergs. Today is our last day of biking.

Day Highlights
Travel to the historic UNESCO world heritage site of L'anse Aux Meadows. Here Vikings landed over 1000 years ago. As well take in a boat tour watching for whales and icebergs. St. Anthony is also called the Ice Berg Capital of the world.

Today we begin our journey back to Deer Lake. Arrival usually is after 1:00pm so be sure to book your flight after that time.
